About the Role As our Listings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the listings process — from managing a growing team of agents to developing and implementing strategies that align with our sales and marketing goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the local property market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for property owners, ensuring a smooth listing journey and a premium experience throughout. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and support the Listings Department, ensuring high standards of service and performance. • Recruit, onboard, and train new listing agents, fostering a strong and collaborative team culture. • Oversee and optimize all listing processes, from documentation to publication, ensuring compliance with legal and local regulations. • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to craft compelling listing strategies and creative campaigns that attract qualified buyers. • Attend listing appointments and conduct accurate, market-aligned property valuations. • Use your network and industry knowledge to secure exclusive and direct listings that meet our client needs. • Ensure timely production of marketing materials, quality photoshoots, and listing uploads across all platforms. • Maintain up-to-date records across CRM systems (Inmoba or similar)
