“Intrapreneur” - a term first coined in 1978 by Pinchot, an American entrepreneur.

In his first book "Intrapreneuring: Why You Don’t Have to Leave the Corporation to Become an Entrepreneur" (1985), he defined intrapreneurs as “dreamers who do; those who take hands-on responsibility for creating innovation of any kind, within a business”.

At Asset Folio, we’re continuously expanding our portfolio of assets and we look for people who show initiative to undertake something new, without always waiting for direction or permission. We focus on innovation and creativity, and ability to transform ideas into something profitable or something fun. Instead of controlling we will support you.

If you’re an intrapreneur, we want to hear from you. We will hire you, we will keep you and we will treasure you.
