The main entrance leads to an open plan large living room/sitting area with a ceiling reaching nearly 5 meters high. To the right is a small library with a fireplace; to the left is the dining room. Next to the dining room is a separate kitchen – perfect for closing doors to the cooking when entertaining guests.

From the living room, double-sided doors open to the garden with the pool. The pool is heated, and the garden features an automated watering system. There are two separate areas on the terrace, one an outside dining space with an undisturbed view of La Concha mountain and the other a lounge
overlooking the garden.

There are three guest rooms with en suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes + an extra guest bathroom.

The house also features an elevator, which brings us to the second floor. This is a family floor with the master suite, a walk-in wardrobe, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a separate terrace. Next to the master bedroom is an extra room that is currently used as a yoga room and a small gym but can be turned into, for example, a baby room, an art studio, etc.

On the ground floor, there is the garage which conveniently fits five cars (+ a Smart or motorbike). Next is the spacious laundry room, the cinema with a built-in Bang&Olufsen sound system, a small wine cellar, and two more guest rooms.
