The Mallorcan Pachá group plan to develop a mega beach project in Estepona with an initial investment of 25 million euros , according to reports made public last week, The Laguna Village shopping center, located between Estepona and Marbella, which was devastated by a fire in August 2020 want to turn the existing Laguna Village site into one of the largest luxury tourist complexes in Southern Spain.

This ambitious project is scheduled to be inaugurated in 2023 and will have an area of ​​13,000 square meters and 1,200 meters of beach, located next to the Kempinski in Estepona. The group of investors vision is to devise a complex that is open every day of the year, it will be divided into six themed areas: a yacht club, beach club , kid paradise , restaurant-club, retail and a sport & live.


Among the ideas of the investment group is to imitate the business model of the Lio Ibiza cabaret , in order to try in this way to attract celebrities and thus popularize the area among the jet-setters. The vision of the group is to convert it into one of the largest luxury tourist complexes within the Andalusian community.
